OPPC is a new type of special electric cable which makes up the fiber unit in phase with phase and communication function. It is mainly applied in classes of voltage under 110kV, urban energy distribution network and rural energy network. For the low and medium voltage power grid, especially in the power distribution line which is less than 35 kV, some of them can not be installed with OPGW because it is possible to be fitted with a ground wire. In all electrical networks, only the phase is essential. To meet the requirements of electrical monitoring or fiber optic networks, OPPC and OPGW technology is close. In the traditional phase structure, add in the fiber unit with the appropriate method, which can become a fiber optic phase conductor
